Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Delays are rare to happen. If we anticipate any delays due to inventory issues or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
- Business days are Monday to Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in the shipping days.
- If you place an order after 4:00pm ET, please allow 48 hours starting the next working day.
- We currently ship across Canada and the USA.
- We ship via Canada Post or Purolator, which generally take 2-7 business days depending upon your location.
- Signature option will be selected for all parcels sent within Canada. (Please note that the signature service has been currently suspended due to COVID-19)
- Shipping costs include insurance and fuel surcharges levied for all expedited parcels.
- Shipping cost and delivery time will vary based on weight, size and destination. The online calculator will automatically input your shipping costs while placing an order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order online.
- Express shipping option is available on a per-order basis. Please contact us for further details with regards to the cost, availability and timing.
- For shipments to the USA, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
- Orders $ 400.00 and up (before taxes and shipping) for all provinces, EXCEPT NL.

Free shipping to USA:
- Orders $ 2,400.00 and up (before taxes and shipping) for all states, EXCEPT AK & HI.
Orders $ 4,000.00 and up (before taxes and shipping) for Alaska and Hawaii.
